So Laceys were having issues to export sales dockets to outlook email.


This happens usually when  a Windows fix must be applied from Microsoft after an upgrade or when installing iQ onto a new PC.

First, check if the user can email and/or print from another machine.

Download Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool and run it from the following link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-IE/download/details.aspx?id=30135

If the issue persists, download and run the following interop fix: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3508

If it still doesn’t work, you may need to pass the following instructions to your IT hardware Support to resolve the Windows issue:

o   Install .Net Framework 4.8

o    Fully update Windows

o    Uninstall office

o    Install office with the “Offline Installer” and fully update office
